The war on terror is being performed in the wrong place. Since we are allowed to discuss the idea that Iraq and the Middle East is about oil one can discuss the issue openly. Oil is the issue affecting gas prices and other oil based products. It is the weapon being wielded against the world.
The gas supply and the price increases are the collusion of a select group. Currently the general public doesn’t know who these people are or how to make things better. War is disruptive and creates opportunity which jumps starts economic engines at the same time. That’s great, so let’s use the opportunity get ourselves out from under the oil wells.
A solar farm with area 100 miles on each side could power almost the entire US electricity needs. This would cost several billion dollars but governments spends that kind of money every day. Where is Exxon when we need you?
Let’s modify the way we approach the energy demand problem. The USA as a country could lead the way but we need some senators and congressmen to stand up and get some sun and wind powered on the subject! Companies like Aptera can produce a 200-300 mpg car that holds 2 adults and a child for 30k. Where is GM when we need you! Just think if GM had not switched the EV factory to Hummers.
